GeoCaching
Adding More Fun and Adventure to your ATV Trail Riding
In brief, geocaching is similar to a treasure hunt. You're given the longitude and latitude coordinates of the Geocache. While we give you the exact location of the Geocache, it's not that simple. Yes, you have the location on your GPS but you will need to figure out how to get there and then you have to find it. The geocache could be next to a log, under a bush, in a tree, and so on. When you do find the Geocache it is an exciting moment for all! The fun can be shared with everyone in your party.
Geocaches are usually small containers with a log book containing other rider's experiences and items left by previous explorers. If you take an item please leave an item. In addition to a message in the log book, there may be coupons or gift cards from sponsors as well. As you can see, geocaching is like a treasure hunt. A great source for Geocaching locations and Information is Geocaching.com.
The Google map below shows pin locations of Geocaches on or along the trails listed in The Trails Path database. Always Stay The Trail.
