By Registration and log in you acknowledge understanding of this sites' intended use as a recreational reference only. You should have Printed Forest Service Maps in addition to your GPS for navigation reference. Trail conditions, tracks, routes, known or unknown hazards and way points can change at any time, this information and data is historical reference. The Trails Path and its contributors will not be responsible for injury or property damage resulting from the misuse or use of this data as an aid to navigation.
Limitation of Liability
in no event shall The Trails Path, its officers, members, or agents be liable for any special, direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, loss due to property damage, loss due to use or misuse whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the site, the services, the data, the files, the products, Maps, the GPS tracks the content or the materials contained in or accessed through the trails path web site, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by user on any information obtained from The Trails Path, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to The Trails Path records, files, programs, products or services. In no event shall the aggregate liability of The Trails Path, its officers, members, or agents whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of the site exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to The Trails Path for access to or use of the The Trails Path.com site.
It is the users responsibility to make sure the OHV Trials you are riding is a LEGAL OHV trail check the current Motor Vehicle Use Maps ( MVUMs ) to be sure you are riding a legal OHV trail. Be sure you check your GPS to confirm your coordinate units or set to work with your Map. YOU ARE RIDING and NAVAGATING AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is your Responsibility.
By Registration and log in I agree to treat all material on this site as the copyrighted property of The Trails Path and understand it is not to be reproduced, shared, or otherwise published. The loading of GPS coordinates from this site onto my personal GPS unit is permitted for personal use only, and transferring or sharing the coordinates to other GPS units is expressly forbidden.
